Such an amazing story with Dutch model Janneke (size 44-46 EU/14-16 US) from Ego’s Models. She’s one of my favorites! And this story fits her soooo Read more…

Size diversity in magazines is possible!

This week in Vrouw Magazine from Dutch Newspaper De Telegraaf. Because my mission is to bring more size diversity in fashion, magazines and media. This is an editorial I am very proud of. The models wear the same style. Leather combined with knitwear. Janouk, from Touche Models, is a size 36 (EU) and Mayra, from Ego’s Models, is a size 46/48 (EU). Because every women in every size is beautiful.
As a fashion stylist I can show that size diversity in magazines is possible. Just show more of these fashion stories… would love to see more of these in high end magazines as Vogue, Elle, Numero, etc.
Who knows… some day…

And some backstage pictures:

Dutch inbetweenie Janneke

Some beautiful pictures of Dutch inbetweenie Janneke (size 44-46) for Turkish brand NOGG.

“Size ain’t nothing but a number.”

Some great portrets of gorgeous inbetweenie model Mayra (size 48), Ego’s Models and Hughes Models. The girl with the most beautiful hair! And I totally agree: “Size ain’t nothing but a number.”

Stunning in swimwear…

One of my favorite Dutch inbetweenie models is Danielle, ego’s models. This time for anita comfort swim. And see how great she looks in swimwear! Wish there was a bikini as well… the pictures were taken in the Dominican Republic.

Proud of all of these inbetweenies

Some curvy ladies in Dutch magazine Jackie! Gorgeous models. Proud of all of these inbetweenies, I have worked with all of them. The first 4 models are from Ego’s Models and in the story the other 2 girls are from Euro Models! The only thing: why naked??? Next time: book me and I will dress them…

Inbetweenie lingerie!

Very proud of this lingerie story, in XXL issue of Margriet, with gorgeous Dutch inbetweenie model Janneke, she’s with Ego’s Models. I did production and styling. Photography by Jan Andraschko. No, she doesn’t look plus size: no, she’s an healthy size 42/44 (EU)! If you want to see more of my styling work: check out my website

We should stop talking about plus size!

Proud of Mayra de Wilde, plus size model with Ego’s Models and journalist. In Dutch Glamour magazine an article from her about her 10 years of being a plus size model. A lot of pictures of her and other Dutch plus size models. Which actually are inbetweenies! Danielle, Ego’s Models and Muse NYC, Peeky, Euro Model and Marlous, Milk Management
Mayra tells about the changes from 10 years ago till now. Is it a hype, a lot ‘plus size’ models are getting famous? No, I think finally this new generation of these strong inbetweenie women and models have a voice and social media can let the world hear their voices! New generation, new needs!

I completely agree with Mayra: we should stop talking about plus size! Everything who isn’t size zero, is called plus size. Many times the term: healthy is the new skinny is mentioned in this article. And there we’ve got a point! The fashion industry should show healthy women in different sizes. Time for diversity!

‘Curves on the catwalk’

Today I am so excited to show, it’s possible to create a runway with inbetweenies and it will look like any other professional fashion show! Models from Brigitte, Dominique, Ego’s, Euro and Maxime.
